
'Servings 1 person Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 20 minutes Ingredients 150 gram Noodles Half an onion thinly sliced 1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced 2 tbsp coriander leaved finely chopped 1 onion for frying, thinly sliced ½ + ½ tsp red chili powder 2 gram roasted bengal flour besan pinch Orange Food Color 1/2 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp limejuice salt to taste Instructions Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the sliced onions until golden brown. Keep aside. Add ½ tsp of chili powder to the deep fried oil and keep it aside. Bring water to boil. Add a teaspoon of salt, orange food color and the uncooked noodles. Once soft, drain excess water and keep aside. Mix the cooked noodles, cabbage, onions, coriander leaves and fried onions together. Finally add the roasted Bengal gram flour, chili powder, salt, deep fried oil, lime juice and mix well. Serve..'
